In a remote village far away from the town, lived a 24 years old pregnant girl, Rosie, surrounded by her family. one day she got really sick while being pregnant, upon informing her husband and other family members, she was told to relax and get some sleep. The village being in a remote location. It was difficult for the villagers to get access of a proper health facility as well as emergency medical transport services. The health condition of Rosie declined all of a sudden, her family members got concerned and her husband rushed to get a transport to take her to the hospital. Unfortunately, transport was not easily available and time was running out. After waiting for hours, Rosie's husband could manage an ambulance to take her to the hospital, but it was already too late. On the way to the hospital, Rosie passed away. This brief narrative explains the value of an accessible transportation system for receiving emergency medical care to ensure easy availability of medical transport, especially for pregnant mothers like Rosie D net came up with the project facilitated transport referral system. The objective of this project is transporting an emergency patient to the right health facility where the right services are available
