there have been many incidences where simplicity overtook complexity more specifically with our health and wellness being simple and doing the simple and minor adjustments can really do wonders for your overall health. We have an unfortunate habit as humans to think that if something is complex means that the outcome is going to be more beneficial. We have to remember is sometimes we need to be more elementary in terms of our thinking about health and wellness because simplicity can also produce outstanding results. All right. All right. I'll get to the point in this video, we are going to talk about how just consuming more water is going to help give you astonishing results. In a recent Harvard study, it was noted that just making small changes in your health produce way bigger impact than completely blowing up what your health used to be like and recreating the will those of you suffering with sinus problems. You station tube dysfunction tonight is just making that small adjustment. Could possibly do wonders for your body. And that small adjustment that I'm noting today is drinking more water, staying adequately hydrated and by hydrated. I'm focusing on just strictly water. Think about how many times you go an entire day only drinking maybe one or two glasses of water. Of course you're getting fluid from other sources, but just consuming pure fresh water seems to be scarce amongst many adults. What many of us do not realize is we're constantly losing water and by drinking very little water in day one, it rolls over to very little water in day two and so forth for all human here and there's going to be those days where we don't meet the water intake requirements for the day. But when it becomes an ongoing habit, it's really going to do so many things to your body. That's not going to be good in a survey. Many noted that it is very challenging to keep up with the daily water intake, with the hustle and bustle of going to work, exercising and just plain stressing in our life. We lose water constantly, have to take time to drink water. Seems to be a crutch for many people living in this world, but what ends up happening is if we don't keep up with our daily water intake, we start to develop very funky symptoms. One of those funky symptoms that I speak of and have been speaking about very often lately is you station tube dysfunction. All know that allergies can really take a turn if we're not adequately hydrated. But you station tube dysfunction is really the same. On that parallel, you're dealing with this condition. You station tube dysfunction, you're going to be encountering and feeling a wide range of symptoms. Some of those symptoms don't seem to make very much sense. And when you start to identify them one by one to target what is causing them? It can be very overwhelming. I can tell you as a strategy and a way to attack this problem is to go back to the basics anytime you feel something out of balance or you feel a little out of sorts go back to the basics. Now it would take to really identify what everyone's doing day in and day out when it comes to this condition. But the best way to execute a plan in place is to think about the general overall health and wellness things you're doing on a day to day basis. After speaking with many people about this condition, one of the one thing that stood out the most is that everyone agreed that they can drink more water throughout the day and that raises a red flag for me by thinking this issue can be definitely exasperated by just simply being dehydrated or not being dehydrated but just not drinking plenty of water throughout the day. I often times get the question of the 68 glasses of water daily. I have to be honest with you, throw that away. The 68 glasses rule is not accurate enough and has not simply been scientifically proven. Reason being is we're all a different weight class. We all lose water at different rates depending on what we're doing. And when you go by a 6 to 8 rule, you're not taking into account the kind of water that person is losing throughout the day. So conclude this video, I hope this puts a bug in your ear. It's not new information, but it's renewed information. It's going to help you get back to the basics because let me tell you something, the basics is where it started and you felt better doing the basics. And when you get off track and you get off centered, going back to the basics is gonna put you back into that perspective of feeling great like you used to. So before your corner to feel obligated to spend more money on exams and office visits, Let's get back to the basics, drink plenty of water one day. Just drink nothing but water and see how that makes you feel.
