Mispronunciations or missing words: FREE. 2 rounds feedback concerning pacing or tone: FREE. 2 rounds script rewrites: FREE. Rewrites are due 24 hrs before deadline. If not, I'd appreciate an additional day.

What file types do you offer?

Typically, the final audio file is an uncompressed (.WAV) but I can also make an (.mp3), (.aiff) or anything else you'd like.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with your work?

What’s your process for sending session source files?

Grants a person or company rights to use the voice over for Promotional Purposes on NON-PAID CHANNELS. Ex. organic social media, websites, events, PR Campaigns, services, non-profit orgs, Brands, Oneself, an Idea, a philosophy, voice assistants, etc.

What is the Broadcast Use License for?

Broadcast License grants a person or company PAID media rights to use the voice over in broadcasting channels like Radio, TV, or Online Ads in a particular market for a defined time period.

What happens when my broadcast license expires?

If you'd like to renew the broadcast license, send me a message and I'd be happy to work with you.

It was a pleasure working with Jeanette. Her deliverables were to the spec and she was flexible to accommodate a few script changes as well. Despite catching a rough cold in the middle of the project, she was prompt in her communications and found a path to move the project and stick to the timelines.
