As long as the script doesn't change, there is no additional fee. I also won't charge you if the script only changes slightly, but if I'll have to do it all over because of changes in the script, there will be an additional fee for the extra work.
I always make sure my clients are satisfied, but if after multiple revisions you are still not satisfied, then I won't charge you.
