As you walk deeper into the crystal cave, you notice a glowing orb of light. It is sky blue in colour, and pulse is like a slow heartbeat. The glowing orb grows larger. As you approach it. You find yourself standing directly in front of the orb. It emanates a soft but pleasant humming sound. Pull the thick, golden strands of light from beneath your feet directly into your body. Pull it all the way up to the top of your head. The light has a relaxing and warming quality to it, and you find yourself relaxing more and more as it spreads throughout your body. Mhm
