Some time during the senior year of high school, Kimlinh Tran decided to job shadow a voice actor for her senior project, a curriculum centered around job exploration. Inspired by the performance she witnessed during the recording session, she did everything she could to become a voice actress and work her way back into the booth. Throughout her time at Moorpark College and while studying for her screenwriting degree at California State University of Northridge, she slowly but surely made a name for herself among animators, independent game developers, and other content creators. Her more notable credits include Fidget in “Dust: An Elysian Tail”, Ms. Fortune and Robo-Fortune in “Skullgirls”, and Snip and Clip in "Snipperclips". She has helped cast video games like “Phantom Pharoah’s Treasure Trap” for Adult Swim Games, “Haunt the House: Terrortown” for PlayStation Mobile, now available on PC and Mac, and “Galactic Phantasy Prelude” for the iOS. She has voice matched for Rarity and Princess Luna from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic in various apps officially licensed under Hasbro. Husky, energetic, crazy, kooky, bizarre, unorthodox, weird, and strange barely describe this unique voice. Smart, stylish, and in-the-know while having fun, but will set things straight. Sophisticated, yet authoritative. A tomboy still in touch with her feminine side. But for characters, especially of the animated or video game variety? You'd never guess. She has over 300 released online projects and credits under her belt. She loves animals, especially the cute ones that make her hsdfkjjkfdbjuhajfkhs, and loves learning about animation and video games.
