Rock County Public Access. R C P. A. Is an independently owned nonprofit organization that provides community members with the necessary training and tools to create non commercial television and radio programming. R. C. P. A members work together to produce programs which are then aired on our C. P. A channels through various cable providers, including cox communications of Northern Rock State and Verizon Rock State. R. C. P. A currently airs over 6000 hours of original programming every year, including programs that over 20 different languages that speak directly to the culturally rich and diverse population of Rock County. As a vital community catalyst and forum for the exchange of ideas are CPS. Goal is to facilitate community engagement through volunteerism, where individuals, nonprofit organizations, government and educational partners can provide diversity of information and opinions for the benefit of all.
