Amberly Slack

I've gone from theatre/film to behind the mic (and I like this side of things A LOT). I am full of energy with a youthful, authentic, sweetness to my voice. I have a variety of voices in my tool box; from an adolescent boy to the girl-next-door, the devious villain to the suburban mom to the mean girl nemesis and all fun things in between. I love to push myself and think outside of the box when it comes to "finding a character's voice". Creativity and fearlessness has awarded me with work in Animation, Audiobooks, and Commercials. Producers and Sound Engineers have said that I bring a lot of energy to sessions, take direction well, am prepared and professional, and make the projects easy. I work full time from my East Coast home studio (near Washington D.C.) and I am available for travel when necessary.
