boo. Did I get you? Probably not, huh? With all this election craziness going on, I'm sure none of you still have Halloween on your minds. But that's why I'm here. I'm here to remind you that we actually had a pretty amazing weekend. Not too long ago. For a day we stopped being Republicans or Democrats, and we were just Americans. Beyond that we were humans. We smiled and waved as we handed out candy to all the kids who could care less about politics. Sometimes I wish we could return to that. Innocents to return to that curiosity on Halloween, we put on our masks literally and coincided with one another for a day. We are fellow Americans. We can't forget that. And Halloween was a nice reminder of that. While others may have a different ideology, they're fighting for what they truly believe in. In this day and age of false media narratives, we need to step back and realize that we need to stop fighting our fellow brothers and sisters and come together in these divisive times. Theodore Roosevelt once said I am an American free mourn and free bread where I acknowledge no man as my superior except for his own worth or as my inferior, except for his own demerit. We must all learn that we're equal and that not one man is superior to another. I'm not a huge fan of talking about politics, so that's all say, But remember to not Onley fight for what you believe in, but also respect the fight of those who you disagree with. I guess now is a good time to actually talk about what Sam and I did on Halloween. I just felt the need to say on that before really digging into this week. Sam and I had a blast decorating our town house this weekend. We didn't really have a solid plan is to what we were going to do until the day before, but it turned out to be perfect. We opened up the garage, covered the opening and fake spider webs in black cloth and turned on the smoke machine, had flashing lights that looked like dying bulbs and played Harry Potter music. It makes more sense when you know that we dressed up as a witch in the Wizard, According to some of the parents of the kids, we handed candy to. We were the only ones playing music. We definitely were the only ones who had a smoke machine. It felt nice to be the house in our small neighborhood, despite the last minute planning. Sadly, for us, it really is a small neighborhood, and it's gated. So not many families actually came by. Despite that, we somehow still managed to get rid of all of our candy. It was both salmon eyes, first time handing out candy on Halloween, so we really had a blast with it. We definitely felt like we were getting old. Though Halloween wasn't the only thing that happened this week, though, Sam and I finally starting really grinding out our fitness journey. We've been doing it off and on for a while now, but we actually made a schedule for it. We're dedicating time to both cardio and strength training. We started this week out with ABS, and we died. This is go step in riding the block this week as I'm no longer here, missed Halloween by just a niche. But in all seriousness, it was good for us. We really spent the time toe work on ourselves, and it felt nice that soreness is a sign of the beginning of this new journey, and we're embracing it. We're going to soon begin documenting this journey and a new section on our Web site. I will be uploading semi daily what exercises we did and the amount of progress we made. So be sure to look forward to that as well. That's really all for this week. We've been extremely busy lately with our job, so we haven't had much time for much else. In reality, politics is all that is on everyone's mind, and I choose not to get into that subject besides what I've already said. So I'll leave it at that. I hope you all have a super productive week and know that no matter what happens in the coming months, we're all together. We are all American. Above all, we're all human. See you all next week. Yeah,
