Bibi Lewis

I have done character voices since I was in college, such as: Julia “I’m not a” Child, Abdul- the camel dung dealer, and I do a very convincing Elmo voice. I have a Southern accent, but not a Southern drawl. I’m 49, but some people say I sound like I’m in my 20s or 30s. I’ve been singing since I was 4 years old. There is a slight nasal quality/ sound to my voice, but not in a distracting or unpleasant way. I’ve been recording radio for the blind for 13 years. I have a degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism. I can record in nearly any genre you need: dramatic, serious, funny, expressive, monotone, sexy, angry, scary, excited, sad, and countless other styles. I can do some impressions of famous people. I can imitate some singers (Adele, for example). My vocal range is mainly 1st soprano. I used to watch Disney movies as a kid, over and over again, to memorize the songs and I can sing the intro to Beauty and The Beast (all the voices, lol), among many other Disney songs. I have a home setup to record audio, but I can also go to local studios, if you would prefer to arrange that, if my home setup is not to your exact specifications. As my budget hopefully increases, I can upgrade my home studio capabilities. I am humble, teachable, and ready to work!
