Cedar Oasis Luxury Spa is a large traditional spa, offering an upper class, middle age, target market the 5 star experience for everything from massages, to facials, to mud baths and wraps. Our clients expect to be pampered in luxury and style during their visits. Our reputation begins with the first interaction that a client has with us – including phone calls. A fully automated IVR system is required to properly route our clients’ calls, but we don’t want our need for efficiency to interfere with our brand.
