I'm just starting out. I was a professional singer for 20 years and just about everyone I meet asks me if I am a singer or do voiceover work, so I figured I would give it a shot.
I'm a digital nomad, based in Spain. I have a degree in phonetics and linguistics, so language and pronunciation is important to me. I'm well trained in this regard. My native dialect is the "Hollywood" dialect; I grew up in Los Angeles and I have a slight Portland accent at times from living there 25 years.
In college, I did voiceovers for books for the blind.
I'm not trained well enough to know the distinctions within regions of Britain, but I can mimic accents and vowel quality with a little bit of primer and training. Accents have always been fun for me in the past.
