Toxic Reapa is a villain from the Hero Factory series. He broke out of prison and plans to raise an army using his offspring unless the Heros can stop him.
His throaty voice and lisps make his voice a challenge to imitate, my throat gets a little sore every time I voice him but it's a fun voice.
