About David

Hi, I'm a 66 year old Australian who is fairly articulate. I've been told I have a great voice :) Years ago, I did a bit of voice over training , but never put it into practice. During the Pandemic of 2020 - 2022, I did collaborate with a friend producing a podcast called "The Whimsical Rant". He looked after the creative part ( with some assistance from me ) and did the technical side. That included using Audacity software for editing, etc sound tracks. Also getting onto a company called "Podbean" for distribution. We produced just 7 episodes, but it was an interesting experience.

We did the podcast remotely ( me in Brisbane, he in Melbourne ). I was using my Bose headset with Mic. Produced a pretty good result.

Dell Computer as a platform. Audacity for the production. Recorded using Skype ( back then ). I think that is now MS Teams ?
