welcome to this guided meditation, which will help to guide you into a deep, peaceful sleep. It can be difficult to wind down for sleep, especially if you're days air busy, and you have lots of things on your mind. This recording intends to bring you to a state of deep relax ation from which you can easily drift into sleep. Make sure that you're comfortable and that you're ready for rest. Lie in any comfortable position in bed with a do they or blankets, then make you feel warm, safe and secure. Make any final adjustments you need to make. If there are any aches or niches that you need to wriggle out or release before you're ready to lie still, then make those movements no. Find stillness. Allow the body to soften. Sleep is coming soon, and this will be amazing. Sleep know that when you wake up you will feel refreshed. You will feel strong and calm and ready for whatever is to come. Allow the body to be completely supported by the bed. Give your weight away. There's nothing to hold on to bring the awareness to your feet. Notice both of the feet. The soles of her feet. The tops of the feet and each of the 10 toes complete awareness of both of the feet and allow the feet to be heavy.
