if only I'd known is a discussion about things I wish I had learned sooner. Like recognizing and being grateful for all the things we have. Friends, family, shining sun and the air we breathe. Thanksgiving is a long ways off, but why wait? It wouldn't be a terrible idea to start out every day with an acknowledgment of all the things that we feel grateful for. Stopping to smell the roses, whether it's literal or expressed his a metaphor to show gratitude for all the things around you is good advice for life.
