Known as the Swiss Army Knife of Voice-Overs in Singapore, Evon is a Singapore-based female voice over artiste with a broad repertoire in both English & Mandarin.

Her English delivery is naturally Mid-Atlantic, comfortable to audiences in Asia Pacific and welcomed on both sides of the pond.
Her Mandarin is of a natural Mainland ' big city' accent (ie. devoid of strong regional Chinese accents, and popular with high end Mandarin commercials that air in major Chinese cities). She is also proficient with a Taiwanese delivery.

Evon is one of the rare few, if not the only female voice artiste in Singapore who is perfectly and equally fluent in both English and Mandarin. Her perfect bilingualism and wide repertoire of character voices has made her a highly sought after commercial and corporate voice artiste.

Heard on countless TV and radio commercials, as well as on international broadcasters such as Nickelodean, Star World and MTVAsia, Evon has lent her voice to corporate presentations for many government agencies, MNCs, telcos and corporations. Her commercial work has consistently made the top 5 ads (based on highest viewers’ recall) on AdTrack Singapore

Evon’s bilingualism also extends to the written word, and has seen her copywriting in both English and Chinese for television, radio and print ads for Singapore Tourism Board, Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) and International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, amongst others.

Born in the 1980s and a qualified lawyer, Evon has bade the legal world a hearty goodbye and returned to her first love of voicing and radio. At age 18, she was a radio producer-presenter with arts and world music station, Passion99.5FM. As a hobby while in university, she anchored the news on the national news radio station 938LIVE, and you can now catch her on Singapore’s number 1 English radio station, Class 95FM. A singer / song-writer and an avid traveller, Evon also co-runs two lodges specializing in corporate stays :)
