Karen Barnett

I have never been so positively impacted by a manger in over 19 years working for the same company as I have in the last 5 years of directly reporting to Karen. She is a very gifted and influential change leader; a master of her craft. She genuinely cares about and believes in her team which has created a loyal and trusting following for her. Her work ethic is second to none, and she has been able to put together highly skilled and motived teams to collaborate with her and push beyond the standard roles assigned and progress the work to new innovative and creative heights. Karen connects on a personal level and empowers her team to make the right decisions; boosting confidence and mutual respect. Not only does she praise the efforts and the work, but she strives to create opportunities for employees to advance and develop new skills. She understands that by our human nature, people want to be part of something great and aspire to make work rewarding and meaningful.
