Kevin Darbro

Corporate narrator and character actor voice with fifteen years of voice over experience. I've voiced multimedia presentations for clients such as Philips, IBM, Nortel, Kodak, CARQUEST, and many others and have often written copy, recorded and edited my own voice, and have placed it into Flash movies or digital videos as a one man solution. I have professional equipment in my home studio, love to try new voices, and am easy-going and thoroughly enjoy delivering top-notch, professional, world-class product. I have a degree in English and Theater from Wittenberg University, and use my understanding of language, pacing, character, and voice to ultimately provide high-quality, non-intrusive narration. My voice is in the bass-baritone range, and can be soothing, corporate, inspired, and aggressive. I enjoy reading things in several differing ways to find the "right" voice. I'm also a musician, and pay special attention to inflection, timing, and phrasing as it is very related to the way I've come to both appreciate and play music myself as a guitarist and keyboardist.
