Building a starship is a special mission for our survival. You will split into four teams. Each of them will have their own goals. There will be a game master that will ensure all teams understand their mission. Within your team. You will work to build your starship. Considering scope, budget and quality requirements. The game master will help you throughout the game, you will have to choose wisely which parts are needed for your starship. We will give you time to understand the project building a prototype. This prototype will help you choose the right components with the right quality and cost ratios. So in the real project you will know what to do. But be careful. Some events may affect your plans to be successful in your project. You will have to collaborate with all your team members. You will receive a mission and a map of the expected result. Each team member will follow a specialized role and each rolls unique perspective will be helpful in the project as a whole. Finally, we will spend some time discussing what went well and what must be improved to discover takeaways and lessons learned in agile.
