Amar awoke abruptly shaken by his own laughter. He remained in a state of semi consciousness. His mind waiting between the real and the unreal until his body recovered mechanically, almost heroically through the diffuse light, he could not distinguish anything that resembled a field of corn or mangoes. As in his dream. He was in a bed far from the time and place where his dream had occurred. He stood still for a moment, wanting to make the most of his moment of innocence. He only had about 30 minutes to clean up, do his morning prayer, swallow his coffee, and rushed to the bus stop
