Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Lauren's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

If there are any mistakes or errors on my end, they are always included free of charge. I include 2 revisions with my rate for pickups, revisions, and edits. Beyond that, each round of revisions is $25.
I provide live directed sessions from my home studio via Source Connect, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or whatever video conferencing platform you choose.
I get it, budgets are often out of our control. If your budget doesn't match what's listed on the package, you may private invite me to audition and we can negotiate from there. We can discuss a fair rate and see if I'm the right for your project!
