Welcome to this meditation. Before we begin, I'd like you to find a quiet place, either sitting or lying down. Now. Close your eyes and slowly inhale and exhale another, inhale and exhale, repeat this a few more times, slowly focusing on your breathing, the rising and falling of your chest. Let go of all tension, let go of all negativity. This is your time. You are now in this moment and you choose to be peaceful and calm.
