Lyndal Curran Doolan

I currently volunteer for 2RPH radio station which is a radio reading service for those who have a vision or print disability. This station is affiliated with the RPH Network of Australia .
I pre record 4programmes as well as announcing a morning program and do readings for 2 other live to air programmes.
The programmes are pre-recorded from my studio 1/2 hour readings from magazines.
The live announcing and readings are 1 1/2 hour each in studio in Sydney , reading from daily newspapers The Australian , The Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily telegraph and regional newspapers.
I have the ability to switch between topics and create different moods to ensure meaning of story is communicated correctly. I have been working with 2RPH for 18 months and love reading and recording .
I look forward for opportunities to apply my skills to many more written projects transitioning to audio.
I am open to constructive criticism and enjoy trying to complete a brief as per the authors instructions.
I have the stamina to record long items am good at storytelling and can moderate my tone.
I also narrate audio books as well as doing a variety of commercial voice over work.
