I have lived all over the world and my voice has never really belonged anywhere hence why nobody can tell where I am from. With some practice its quite easy for me to add any little accent or talk like a famous actor.
My best voice/impersonation would have to be Christopher Walken, Johnny Depp in 'Pirates of the caribbean, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Herbert the pervert from family guy and a few others . I am very dedicated to anything I like to do and perfectionist at that.
