These collections are done twice during screening again on Day two and then repeated throughout the entire study. The purpose of these three collections is to confirm eligibility and determine baseline volume and flow rate assessed salivary flow throughout the study, and also provide an essay for a V to H A Q P one if needed. This training is divided into three parts. First collection supplies and preparation. Secondly, instructions to subjects prior to collection, visit and then saliva collection technique and procedures.
