My training started in Choral Programs and Diskjocking during high school at the local skating rink and radio Station. With a high voice register learning to control volume to blend, controlling Sharps and Flats adjusting Pitch and Tone. Practicing diction and inflection and mouth shapes so that words are crisp and clear and emotion is felt. Regional Competitions and GA. Allstate Choir came and went increasing my skill. The rest of my abilities and skills were honed and self taught by mirroring, impersonating, experiments, and repetition. Mostly to be funny; Later to present my meaning in a way to be best understood. Currently a range between Tenor/Bass and able to control musical runs, vibrato, and breathe control. Making my voice sound airy and crisp or soft and full with the ability to move freely within my range allows me versatility with sounds tto mimic or represent desired sound needed. Studied in Clinical hypnotherapy in Atlanta for 2 yrs. This helped tons with timing and cadence of phrasing and best to apply emphasis to impart the correct emotion needed . Doing all sorts fo voices of all different ages with impersonations trying to mimic people and sounds I thought I could replicate was fun. My voice has been described as animated and energetic as well as robust and assertive and engaging. I learned with Hypnotherapy that sometimes the way words are spoken and used can be more important for understanding then the actual words themselves with roughly 7% verbal.
