how to read and analyze people, improve your social skills by speed reading other people and interpreting body language cues. As soon as we see a person, we form our first impressions and individuals, mood, personality and other traits can all be discerned from their facial expressions and body language. This is known as reading someone. You can read someone by looking at them and getting an idea of who they are without them saying anything. This involves observing their behavior, watching how they stand and how they glance around, examining the face can tell us a lot about another person, even if we don't interact with them directly, simply viewing them from a distance could provide us with new insights.
