welcome. This is a time to relax and be still. Find a place where you can be comfortable and uninterrupted. Please don't listen to this meditation when you're driving operating machinery or when you need to be focused on a task. This is the time to just relax and let go, so get yourself comfortable wherever that might be. Perhaps it's a chair or lying down. If you choose to listen to this meditation as you're ending your day, allow yourself to fall asleep if you choose to knowing that your subconscious will still take in the information and the suggestions being offered. Every suggestion is always up to you to either accept or reject. So know that you are in complete control and you can allow yourself to relax as much as you choose. So take in a deep breath now and allow yourself to begin to relax. Perhaps you can remember a time of deep and pleasant relaxation. Remember that time and allow yourself to sink down into that pleasant level of relaxation. You might find that you're aware of other everyday noises. Any sounds you may become aware of will simply help you to sink even deeper. and deeper down, relaxing even more. Now take in a couple of big, deep breaths. Good one more time. Big deep breath in and let it out slowly. Good. If your eyes were still open, left them closed down. Now I want you to stay very comfortable and focus very carefully on the sound of your own deep breath, the sound of my voice and the sound of the music. In a moment I'm going to begin to count down. And with each descending number you will find yourself sinking down into a very pleasant level of relaxation. I'd like it to imagine the number five. Imagine that the number five is just right out there in front of you, just out of reach of the tips of your fingers. The number five is just there, floating in midair just out in front of you, and you take in a deep breath. You release it and as you to it says, if your breath begins to push the member away and it begins to get smaller, smaller and smaller until it disappears and you sink deeper and deep down, letting all the muscles in your head and shoulders relax and let go Now imagine a number four once again suspended in space right there in front of you. And then you take in a deep breath. And as you blow out the breath that number four begins to drift away from you, getting smaller and smaller and smaller until it disappears. You know the muscles in your arms, way down to your fingertips. Relax and let go. And now imagine a number three. Once again, it's just out of reach. You can almost touch it, and then you take in a big, deep breath, and as you release it, that number begins to drift away from you. And as it floats away from you, it gets smaller and smaller and smaller and all the muscles in your chest and stomach and relax. Now imagine the number two again suspended in front of you, and you know that just by taking in a breath and releasing it, you sent in that number two away from you. And as you do, you're sending a signal to your body to relax at more as the number two get smaller and smaller and smaller until it completely disappears. And now imagine the number one as you focus on that Number one. You know that as you take in a breath and release it and said that number one away from you, you are signaling to yourself that it is time to relax completely and let go. So take in that breath and release it and sent that number one far away from you. Focus on it as it gets smaller and smaller, smaller until it completely disappears and the rest of your body relaxes completely and you find yourself thinking even deeper. And now I want you to think about your fear, the fear that has been preventing you from moving forward and achieving your dream. Notice how that feels in your body. Become aware of any physical sensations you have related to this fear. Become aware of what your fear looks like. Perhaps it's a wall in front of you that reaches so high, but you're unable to see over to the other side. Perhaps it feels like chains are wrapped around your ankles, keeping you from taking another step. Whatever image comes to mind that represents your fear. Focus on it for a moment. Notice your feelings and thoughts associated with this fear this fear represents a block in your life, a block or barrier that has kept you stuck in a place you are now eager to move on From. Now, I want you to focus on what's waiting for you on the other side of this block, this one, or when you are free from these chains. Notice who is waiting for you on the other side. Hear them calling your name, encouraging you to join them. See all the new possibilities waiting for you when you are free from this block. You know it's time for you to find a way to get free. There must be a way to get to the other side of this wall or to break free of these chains eagerly. You look around you in search or something to help you and releasing this block that's keeping you from. Perhaps there's someone you can bring in to help you. Whatever it is you need to do to demolish this block, do it now. Think about all that's waiting for you on the other side. Happiness, intimacy, fulfillment, abundance. A new conditional love and support health and, well, your body's surges with excitement and joy at the thought. And this excitement builds up the strength you need to permanently destroy this block. Yes, you did it. You're free. You are now free to move about in the world, free from the limitations that block or barrier represented for you. Now that your fears gone, you are able to replace it with a form of protection. You might imagine a bubble of white light now surrounding you completely head to toe. You know that light keeps out the darkness. It lets friends and loved ones in and allows for all kinds of wonderful possibilities. You focus now on what's in front of you, knowing that everything possible and wonderful is now available to you. In a moment I will begin to count you back up. And with each number you will return to normal consciousness feeling refreshed and awake as you return. You will bring back with you the memory of this experience. One feeling returning toe, all limbs to all energies, completely balanced. Three Feeling strong, protected and able to move forward in complete freedom and confidence to achieve your dream for feeling Alert five Fully awake, fully refreshed. Eyes open.
