I speak both English and Afrikaans fluently, with a a South African accent. I have a strong, rich voice, skilled at projecting not shouting. Clear, well-rounded, articulate, intelligent, characterful reading. Pronunciation is clear and I do not swallow words. A warm, rather low tone (mezzo to alto). I had voice training in my early 20s but never pursued it as a career. I have experience in radio series, news reading, community radio broadcasting, PSAs, jingles and educational videos.
