Hello. My name is Jaden, and today I'm going to be reading out a non fiction newspaper article that I have written. Title. Local MP says the world is materialistic. Local member of Parliament has said our society encourage **** reckless spending on flaunting of money, making the world a mohr materialistic place. This is incredibly true, especially when you consider how many people spend hundreds or even thousands of pounds on the newest and latest vanity and technology ducal devices. A couple of reasons I agree with this include People are always spending copious amounts of money on the new shoes, clothes and accessories and hardly ever weather. They just sit in their cupboard looking pretty. Why Children, Schools feeling pressure to To have the coolest looking phone watch your shoes on. Being bullied for not having those things is absolutely ridiculous. Why should they be believed for not having things they don't need? When I was younger and in school, I felt pressure to own things I didn't even like nor wanted just so others not look down on me. Roughly 78% of people in the world feel pressured to own things. It doesn't matter if they need it or not, as long as it just proves to others that they can own things. The MP had also said saving money is a hugely undervalued quality, which suggested bythe statistic above. Only 22% of people wouldn't spend money unwisely, which in its own right it's quite unnerving because soon enough those who spend money on things they do not need we'll run out my It's not spending the bank's money from loans and credit cards. People should think before they buy. Will it help me? What will I use it for? Do I intend to use it? He's the questions people should ask themselves to prevent reckless spending. Thank you for listening. I've been Jana Kana on DH. If you would like to hear me do any other kinds of voices, please contact me on DH. I would prefer if you gave me a sample script of your own.
