Hi there!
My love for creating funny and unique voices started with my stuffed animals as a child. Each one had its own personality and different character voice. My voice then transitioned me into reciting the announcements at my high school and then working at my University radio station reading the news on-air. I also performed in numerous musicals and straight productions throughout my schooling career and in community theatre. Although any vocal experience is great, I haven't been working as a Voice-Over actor for quite a few years, however had fairly steady work for 7 years with providing voices for Tanglewood Family Entertainment Inc. in their Live Stage Productions of animated series from Nelvana (Phone hidden)). I had also provided my voice for several political spots on the radio, both in English and in French, in 2000.
I would love to get back into doing voice overs; if possible for animated series and radio commercials, as that was a sincere passion of mine.
Being a teacher and starting to raise a family has become a priority but the joy of doing unique and exciting voices was never far from the front of my mind. I direct our school productions and am constantly singing and guiding the students with interesting voices to enhance their roles. Over the past three years I have published two children's books as the Illustrator and the first one was in discussion to transform the written word into an animated series. The discussions are ongoing.. This would have been my return to voice overs and it's quite exciting but a lengthy process to get the production ball rolling.
Therefore...if you like what you hear, please feel free to contact me and hopefully some vocal magic can become a reality! Happy listening!
