Doing your research is vital to the long term success of your endeavour, Tracy asked the question. Why is it that 80% of new products flop and have to be withdrawn? The answer is pretty simple. These products were not what consumers were looking for. Doing your research requires asking yourself extensive questions and putting yourself in the shoes of others.
