Okay, you're getting the hang of this. Now let's move on to tracking and automation. Two of the apps, more complex features, click the menu icon highlighted in the upper right corner of your screen. Then click tracking. You should now be looking at the tracking hub at first. This array of data may seem intimidating but our platform is built to be user friendly so it will all make perfect sense by the end of this module. So what are the four principles of first aid? The first principle and by far the most important is to preserve life. This is the purpose of first aid and should be kept in mind in any situation in which you need to apply what you're learning on this course. The second principle is to alleviate suffering. Try to minimize the pain or suffering of the person in your care wherever possible. This might mean shifting them into a more comfortable posture or offering emotional support. It's easy to get swept up in our thoughts and feelings. But with the right mindfulness techniques we can learn to focus on the present, manage our emotions and find peace and calm when we need it. In this short course, users will be guided through what mindfulness actually means and how to apply these simple effective techniques in their day to day lives
