good afternoon class today. Our lesson will be about professional skills in general and more specific in reference to social skills. If you would please open your textbooks to Chapter five Page 1 97 Social Media versus Interpersonal Skills. Now, when we talk about social media, that's pretty clear. So I think everyone in the universe knows exactly what that is. But when we compare it to interpersonal skills, there's a large variation between the two, because interpersonal skills are those inmates skills that we have as human beings that we generally use to communicate and to communicate in an effective manner. For example, if I wanted to send a message to my boss in reference to my not being available on Thursday at a meeting scheduled, say, for example, at two o'clock PM I would send a message. But it would be a business message using some form of medium. For example, maybe an email and, as I said stated, it must be in the business format. However, my interpersonal skills are interjected within that message. For example, I can I should not be Ewing using any type of acronyms. I need to spell out all of the words, and I need to be buried very purpose professional in the manner that I send this email because, remember, this is professional development.
