the Saint Bernard is a breed off very large working dog from the western Alps in Italy and Switzerland. They were originally bred for rescue by the Horse spice off the Great ST Bernard Pass on the Italians with Bordeaux. The hospice, built by and named after Italian monk Bernard off Mentone, acquired its first dogs between 16 60 16 70. The breed has become famous through tails off alpine rescues as well as for its enormous size.
