About Thia

Moved to LA from Illinois in 2005. Graduated magna cum laude from the USC School of Dramatic Arts in 2009. Co-founded Shy Ruby Productions in 2015. Until the pandemic, we were making 1 short film per year, for which my credits included producer, writer, director, actor, and editor.
I prefer a very natural, grounded acting style. I've been compared to Greta Gerwig in that respect. If you know what mumblecore is, that's my comfort zone. I pushed past that zone when I studied theatre in college.
