Susan's range runs from high energy, to calm and warm. She can sound like a young middle-aged woman, someone in the midst of the "mom" years, a sophisticated confident business woman or someone who has reached the older side of middle-age.

Her voice quality is more mellow, as opposed to hi, or raspy. Her delivery is always genuine and believable, but Susan's greatest gift is her ability speak with a smile in her voice.
