Can I cancel my Plus or Enterprise subscription any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Requesting to cancel your subscription will ensure it does not auto-renew on your next renewal date. Your subscription will be downgraded to the free Basic plan on your next renewal date. Until then, you can still enjoy the benefits of your annual Plus plan. You can subscribe to Plus again at any time.

If you cancel your Voices Plus subscription within five days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected]. After the initial five-day period, no refund will be issued. For more information regarding refunds, please review the Voices Refund Policy .

To cancel your Voices Enterprise subscription, please reach out to your Account Manager directly. You can find your Account Managers contact information on your MyHome of your Voices profile.
