Delivering Final Files
HOW DO I SEND FILES TO MY CLIENT THROUGH Voices?
If you have been awarded a job through a Voices job posting, you will be uploading your recorded files directly to the Files tab for the Job, within your Voices account.
From within the job posting, click the “Files” tab.
At the top, either click the “+Add Files” button at the upper-left or drag and drop your selected files in the blue upload section.
When you are satisfied with the files you have queued click “Upload.” Your files will move one by one from the blue upload section at the top to the white section at the bottom as they are uploaded.
Once you have successfully uploaded your file(s) don't forget to click “Request Approval” to alert the client that there is new material available for review.
WHAT FILE TYPES ARE ACCEPTED?
With the exception of executables (.exe) and a handful of other potentially dangerous file types, any file type (MP3, WAV, AIFF, etc.) can be uploaded.
For jobs that you have been awarded and wish to upload a completed file, there is an effective file size limit of 2GB per file, which is typically plenty of room. The client can then visit their own Voices account to download and review the file(s).
The Files tab has a built-in Request Edit and an Approve File function for ease of use.
HOW LARGE CAN MY DEMO AND AUDITION FILES BE?
The largest file that can be uploaded to an audition or as a demo is 10MB. Voices will allow you to upload individual files up to 2GB in size, however files in .wav or other uncompressed file formats may take a lot longer to upload to our server. If your file is larger than 2GB, please consider using an FTP service.
For profile Demos it is recommended that you limit your file size to 1-2MB. This allows you to upload and feature multiple demos in different categories. If you have been selected a job through Voices and are uploading a job file, each file has a max file size of 2GB. These can be delivered in any file format including .wav etc.
Please note: If you have clicked into the “Files” tab and the + Add Files button does not appear, check the Agreements tab for the job. The Files tab remains locked until the job Agreement has been accepted.

You can rest assured that your work is safe if are using the Voices SurePay™ service.
The client put forth a deposit for your services before you started to record. Once you upload your files, an email will be sent to the client who can then download and accept the files. Once this has been done, the client will have the ability to authorize the release of payment.
