I just paid for my Voices.com membership. Why am I being asked to pay again?

Instant Account Upgrade

Although accounts are automatically upgraded, your browser may be using cookies which will return you to the previous page you visited before your PayPal or credit card payment was processed. You may need to logout and login again to refresh the page.

Different Name on the Credit Card

If you have upgraded your membership online by credit card or PayPal and a different name and/or email address is associated with your method of payment, there will be a delay in processing your purchase.

The system will not know which account to apply the subscription to if you are registered at Voices.com under a different name or email address.
