Updating Your Mailing and Billing Address

HOW DO I UPDATE MY MAILING ADDRESS?

As a Client

If you are a client, you can update your mailing address by doing the following:
  1. Log in to your Voices account.
  2. Edit your Profile by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar and select ‘Account Settings’. 
  3. Select General Settings from the sidebar menu, and you'll see the Mailing Address section. Enter the updated information and click ‘Save Changes’.

As a Talent

If you are talent, you can update your mailing and billing address by doing the following:
  1. Log in to your Voices account.
  2. Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar. 
  3. From the ‘Account’ tab, in the Mailing Address section, enter the updated information and click ‘Save Changes’. 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING ADDRESS?

You can update your billing address by doing the following:

 

As a Client

  1. Log in to your Voices account.
  2. Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar. 
  3. Click on Billing Information from the sidebar menu, and you can edit your Billing Address under Payment Information. Make sure to ‘Save Changes.’

As a Talent

  1. Log in to your Voices account.
  2. Navigate to your ‘Account Settings’ by hovering over the ‘Me’ avatar in the top navigation bar. 
  3. From the ‘Billing’ tab, in the Mailing Address section click ‘Clear Billing Info’ and input the updated information, then click ‘Save Changes.’
