How and when should I make an additional payment?

MAKING AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT

Depending on your job, it may be necessary for you to make an additional payment to a voice actor. Reasons for an additional payment could include:

• Revisions not included in the voice actor’s original quote
• Scope changes such as additional scripts or script re-writes
• Changes to usage 

To add a payment you will need to message the talent and discuss the changes. Once the changes have been identified and the additional payment has been agreed upon, the talent will create a quote and send it to you via Messages. All you have to do is select 'Continue to Payment' when the quote appears in your messages.

Follow the check-out process and complete payment as normal.
