HOW ARE RATINGS & REVIEWS USED ON VOICES.COM?


Feedback in the form of ratings and reviews is an essential part of the Voices.com marketplace. It is where businesses and professional voice over talent can rate their experience after working with each other on a job on Voices.com. It is made up of a five star rating and the ability to leave a written review.

The option to leave feedback is made available to both businesses and voice over talent after a job has been completed, final files have been delivered and funds from the SurePay Escrow Service have been released. Leaving Feedback is optional but that does not make it less valuable to both sides. It recognizes businesses and voice over talent who work professionally and deliver high quality.

The ratings & review system at Voices.com allows you to see who's rated you, your overall experience rating score and any written Reviews left for you.

The feedback you leave will be public on Voices.com and is not moderated by Voices.com.

 

What are the benefits of a Ratings and Review system?

  • All Ratings and Reviews are associated with a business transaction between a voice actor and a client who worked together at Voices.com.

  • Recognizes people who work professionally and consistently.

  • Quickly identifies voice actors who are hired frequently for their talent and abilities.

  • Acknowledges that work is procured and completed at Voices.com.

  • Signifies the professionalism of a voice actor and dedication to pursuing their craft online.

 

HOW DO I LEAVE A RATING AND REVIEW FOR SOMEONE I'VE WORKED WITH?

Once a job on Voices.com has been completed, final files were delivered and your client has released the funds from the SurePay™  Escrow Service, you can leave a rating & review for the client you have worked for on the job..

To rate and review someone you've worked with you have two options, make sure you are logged in first:

 

Option 1: Go to your overview of pending reviews for all jobs
 

1. Click Profile > Reviews.

You will be presented with a screen that shows you ALL

  • Pending Ratings and Reviews - here feedback is asked from you

  • Sent Reviews - feedback you have left earlier

  • Reviews Left For You

 

Any blue Leave a Review buttons present, mean you still can leave Review for that person.

2. On the next page, you can rate your overall experience in working with the client and additionally leave a written Review to provide more detailed feedback to the client and other Voices.com users.
Click to select a Star Rating and text comment and click Submit Review.

 

 

Option 2: Navigate to a specific job

1. Alternatively you can navigate to a Job you have worked on and click on Reviews in the Subnavigation. Here all Ratings and Reviews related to this specific job will be shown.

Any blue Leave a  Review buttons present mean you still can leave Review for that client.

2. On the next page, you can rate your overall experience in working with the client and additionally leave a written Review to provide more detailed feedback to the client and other Voices.com users.

Click to select a Star Rating and text comment and click Submit Review.

 

HOW DO I EDIT A REVIEW I LEFT FOR A CLIENT?


If you want to edit a review you have left, you can do so by logging in, navigating to Profile and then to Reviews. Below the pending reviews section, you can select to view the reviews that you have left in the dropdown on the right side. Each review has an “Edit” link on the right side, just click on it to open a form in which you can edit the review. 



HOW DO I DELETE A REVIEW I LEFT FOR A CLIENT?

Your are not able to delete a review once it has been submitted. In order to have a Review removed, contact us by contacting Customer Support with the request.  Provide your name and the name of the person you left the review for or ideally the Job number.


I DISAGREE WITH A REVIEW THAT HAS BEEN LEFT FOR ME. WHAT CAN I DO?

Reviews represent the opinion of the users of the Voices.com platform and because of this Voices.com does not edit the Ratings & Reviews or investigate them for accuracy.

If you have an issue with the rating or comments left for you in a review through Voices.com, please contact the person who left the Review to voice your concerns.

If the other party agrees to revise their Rating or written Review, the other party will need to contact Customer Support and request their review to be changed.

Once we receive this request, Voices.com will modify the rating and review.

 

If you cannot resolve this with the client you worked with, and you feel you have received feedback that violates the Voices.com Terms of Service, please contact Customer Support .
