Description

The scene in the last episode of season 3 of Black Butler. After Ciel and Sebastian killed the circus performers/cultists who were lead by Kelvin, who once held Ciel captive years ago, both characters to one of Kelvin's old estate which was used as an orphanage hoping to find the rest of the missing children, only to realize that the estate was abandoned and in ruins. Realizing this, Ciel declares how mankind can be worthless as they kill one another for desires (in my opinion, this felt like a way for Ciel to hide his guilt for killing the cultists for nothing).
*NOTE: The original speech is performed in a British accent, and I utilized North American accent instead.

mhm. Uh huh. There, uh, there was nothing. This whole time, everything they thought they were protecting, there was a long gun and they had no idea what great fools they were. They were so desperate to preserve this place, they even died for it. Uh, we humans are a breed apart, trembling each other like insects were cowardly and were based petty and small and nasty Were more demonic than demons are I'm just like them. Don't you see? I'm full of it. The same ugliness within them courses through my veins as well. This this is just how humans are.
