You'll need finely crushed dry ice in an appropriate container such as an ice bucket, isopropanol, a four ounce bottle of O C T compound, a solvent resistant marker cryo mods, a 60 mL orange cap specimen collection tube, a towel, a scalpel, a pair of forceps to handle the biopsy sample and a specimen collection bag. Please label the 60 mL collection tube ahead of time with the current date. The site number, the subject number, the time point and L for leal or N L for nonlegal biopsy.
