relax your shoulders, pull them back and drop them. Relax your upper arms and forearms. Clench your hands tightly for a moment, tense your arms completely. Release them and feel the tensions flow out and the energy move through your arms and hands. Do this several times. Relax your legs, tensing the muscles and then releasing them. Do this a few times. Feel your entire body. Relax in the process. Pay attention to your breathing. Breathe in a regular, relaxed way as you breathe in and out. Notice the pulsation in the base of your spine as the base moves forward on the out breath and back on the in breath. This rocking motion is the pulsation of creative energy. If you do not feel this rocking motion at first, don't be concerned. Just bring your attention to the base of your spine and let it remain there.
