Fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend. What stood out to me was his attention to detail in the way he read, the tone of his voice and his pacing. He took the time to watch my reference video and pace it almost exactly how I wanted it in his audition. Took notes in my posting very well. None of the other 60 or so auditions didn't take the time.
