Good morning colorado, you are now tuned into. H would live here on 95 7. The party, I'm Denver's favorite dread head. Thank you guys for tuning in. We have beautiful skies is about 65 degrees right now. In the mile High city, home of the Denver broncos, the world champions. I wanted to start today's show off with a brand new song that I heard by Ty dolla sign. I believe it's a single. If not it should be, it's called West side. I think it's gonna be a banker for the summer, but it's not about me, it's about you guys. Let me know what you think. Give me a call 3034723156 and tell me if it's hot or not, my name is H Wood and I'm Denver's favorite dread head and I'm rocking right here live on 95 7 the party colorado. Let's go. This is H Would Denver's paper dread head live on 95 7. The party, the song you just listened to was West side by ty dolla sign. Now speaking of the west side, can somebody please let me know what is going on with his 49 ers Denver broncos trade for quarterback, Colin Kaepernick? I know on monday there was posting everything going around about the trade being executed after doing my due diligence and research. I did see that Mr Kaepernick has his heels in the dirt because if the trade was executed, he would be short at about $4.9 million. So he's waiting on either john Elway to come up from that $7 million offer or hopefully the 49 ers go ahead and go ahead and pay out that 4.9 million to send them over here to Denver? I do think adding Colin Kaepernick to the Denver Broncos roster this season will solidify our quarterback position and give us another opportunity for a super bowl run. And just from a historical perspective column will be the first African American quarterback to start for the Denver Broncos since 1968 when Marlin Briscoe stepped in after the third game of the season. So with that, this will also be a great move for the city and for the culture as well. So let's keep our fingers crossed and send some prayers up and hopefully we can get this deal done ASAP preferably before dr because we all know that Mark Sanchez is not the answer and I really don't think that there's anybody coming out of college this year that could just take over the reins and and have that expectation of a Super Bowl run right out the gate. But speaking of the Denver broncos, the song I want to play Next for you guys is a song written and recorded by myself and former Denver bronco Nathan Palmer. Um, it's called drinks and we wrote this song a little bit before the season with anticipation at the Denver broncos, we're going to be bringing home another Super Bowl and I must pat myself on the back. We were right, so go ahead and check it out right here on 95 7. The party my name is H would Denver's favorite dread head hit me up on twitter at official. H would colorado. Let's go. And that was the song rings by myself and former Denver bronco receiver Nathan napalm Palmer. He's a current wide receiver for the Chicago bears. That song is available on itunes if you like to check it out. Music is something that's been a part of my life probably since the age of eight when I started performing with my brother, Colin kid Vegas ford. Oh the last few years have been crazy. I was more than blessed to have the opportunity to move to California and I was signed by Rodney Dark Child jerkins, Released a single ****, could it be you punk rock chick? The Top 40 on the Billboard charts sold 500,000 units worldwide. But it all started with my very, very first job in the music industry, which was working at college radio at colorado Mesa University, where I started the first hip hop radio show. Um it really kind of opened my mind to the possibilities of being a professional and music. And it kind of sparked the whole idea of me writing songs. I'm more than happy to be back here on the radio with you guys in my favorite city in the world, 95 7. The party has always been a huge supporter of my brand and my music all together. So it is honestly a dream come true to be able to return the favor and and provide my vocal talents to be able to motivate and energize the city on a daily basis. Music is something that I will always be doing. So that just leaves me to my next point where uh my brother, kid, Vegas, Nathan, napalm palmer, who you just heard and myself, we have a supergroup called legion. You've been working on the album for about a year. I want to go ahead and debut a song for you guys. You won't be able to hear this song anywhere else. This is fresh from the legion gmail account right here on 957 in the party. My name is H Wood, I'm Denver's favorite redhead. Thank you guys so much for tuning into the show. Please stay tuned on my twitter, my facebook and all social media networks about everything going on with 95 7 the party and also legion will be performing at venues near you. Thank you guys once again so much. This song is called Legend colorado. Let's go!
