She listened and I talked, and I had somewhere for my thinking to go before I had no headspace. Now I'd cry a bit and let the feelings out. The way I feel today is partly because of how I used to feel when our young and I don't want that for him. No one taught me how to be a mom, so I lost to learn. I went to a new moms group where we talked about how to feel closer to our babies and about what to do when he cried or acted up. Simple, practical stuff with laugh what? Simple, practical stuff would laugh when it didn't work and keep trying new things. Still, something did. There was one video made it look like the birth would be pretty calm. But I didn't get the nice room with a hot tub and the flute music and the people told my end, I got squeezing. That started a month early and pain that got worse and worse till I called 999, and then the worst pain I've ever had for hours. That's not our someone should come into the world. I bet it was the same for me, though. All that panic and pain. Everyone's screaming at each other.
